Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes.

Hi, I’m Lauren  – a House Project Facilitator (which basically means professional plate-spinner) working with care leavers to help them on their journey to independence. I’m all about supporting young people to build confidence, gain skills, and take those big life steps—with as little chaos as possible (on a good day).

When I’m not coordinating a million moving parts, you’ll probably find me in the pool, pretending I’m training for the Olympics, or shouting at a sports match or race like I’ve got money riding on it (I don’t—I just care too much).

I’m big on positivity, bad puns, and pepsi max. If you’re into any of those, we’ll probably get along.
